You will have a private Trello board where you can upload as many requests as you like. You can even prioritise requests so we work on your most important requests first.

Popular ways of adding requests include: sharing Google docs, recording a Loom video, uploading relevant files and documents and more. Basically, if you can upload it on Trello, we're good to go.

Halwachi Design has two team members. Yousif is the designer and Micky is the Copywriter. You will be working directly with them, depending on your request type.

Power-up requests, such as motion animation, videography, photography and custom illustrations will be provided by pre-vetted, high-level freelancers.

We complete most design requests within 2 working days. However, more complex requests can take longer.

You will be informed on estimated deadlines before starting on complex requests.

For as long as you have a subscription, you can add as many designs to your queue as you like, and they will be completed one by one.

We primarily design using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and In-design.

We also use Figma if you are more comfortable on there.

There are no hidden fees at all. You pay a flat monthly fee and can send in as many designs as you like. Taxes and other fees are included in the monthly fees we advertise.

Once work for your first request is complete, you can use our 'Pause your Subscription' add-on. For a flat monthly fee of £49.99, we will pause your subscription so that you don't waste any remaining days you have left. This is more than 90% cheaper than keeping your subscription active whilst not using it.

When you've got more work for us to do, simply restart your subscription and we'll get started straight away.

Due to the high-level nature of the work and dedicated time commitment, we do not any offer refunds at all.

If you cancel your subscription, you still have 12 months from the cancellation date to use any remaining time.

You will not be bound by any contracts. Any membership you buy, whether that's the 30 day, 90 day or 365 day, you will be paying up-front for that many days of design throughout the year.

You can pause your membership at any time (for a period of 12 months) and use any remaining days once you are ready.

A 'day of design' is counted as soon as we start working on any of your requests in a 24 hours period. For as long as we are working on your requests, we will count each new day as one day.

30-day membership - you will be billed every 30 days, from the day you make your first payment.

90-day membership - you will be billed every 90 days, from the day you make your first payment.

365-day membership - you will be billed every 365 days, from the day you make your first payment.

Any of the membership subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time.
